  1. Yep. In Arabialand (in the UAE anyway) you can't change the colour of your car without going through the registration process again, which is a relatively simple process, but somehow the locals make it last forever. Vinyl wrapping your car is cheaper/easier and you can do pretty much whatever you want... you should see the things they do when its 'National Day' over here- everybody wraps their car in the UAE colours (windows included). Was thinking of getting parts of mine wrapped. Might cover up all the chrome with matte black.
  2. Its carbon, so that makes it better
  3. Not my Aino, but it does look exactly the same. Really nice phone for me. Simple, pretty robust with a great 8.1 camera.
  4. Pendulum – Watercolor I follow the mtb race scene quite avidly, and one of the videos I watched ahd a fully pumped track alongside: Garbanzo DH Was lucky to go riding with Chris Kovarik (interviewed at 2mins on vid) this summer. Only managed to keep up with him when he was chilled. Awesome rider, awesome time. Anyway this Pendulum track brought it all back for me.
  5. Ah the old and overused Gulf livery. A bit of an update on this one though. Now its a Gulf/Brussels design :p
  6. In a game the elitist should not be given extra help to make their play easier/more enjoyable. Everyone should be given the same options/chances/gear... even the playing field. If your worried about meeting n00b douches then I'm sure Atari have the foresight to include private rooms/parties in their online stuff. :p
  7. Oh well. A least they say the delay is with good reason. So it can only be a positive thing in the long run. Can wait a few more months... although 1st quarter of '11 I'm getting a new mountain bike (old ones more than a year old now ;) ). Which means my wife is not going to be happy because I'll either be riding my bike or playing TDU2. Not sure what to think about the beta rewards though. Seems like just another reward for Elitism to me.
  8. Always have to ask your self the question: If that thing jumped in your 'garage' would you say no and not take it for a ride?
  9. Just added another new one to the OP. The guys have obviously spent a lot of time making this. Just finding the locations must have taken time... :)
  10. Added another new one. Some funny funny stuff.
  11. Of course they've updated the design. But instead of making the nose prettier, they turned it into a square jawed snout. :o
  12. Well, Alonso and Ferrari have ruined this season. Is a shame too because Alonso's "Diva" behaviour is rubbing off on Vettel now too.
  13. I don't remember the nose looking that awful before!? Doesn't look that bad on this one:
  14. Found my old 458 in the back of the garage today, so I gave it a new paintjob and a few new parts
  15. no, it all happened during a mega endurance race ;) Have been playing around with a couple of new (to me) Ferrari's in the Tag hoppers. Both Upgraded to A600 Holds the road like nothing else. Surprisingly good once I added the rear spoiler. Before that it was wild, even with TCS and ABS.
  16. Theoretically you can just move the files across to your 360's hdd. However M$ is pretty tight on what kind of files you can move around. Either way though, you'll still need the dvd in the drive to play the game (at all times). Even though its on your hdd the disc is still required to validate the game is yours and a legal copy... blah Only 'XBox Live Arcade' games and 'Games on Demand' (ie. those bought from XBL Marketplace) do not require a disc to play. But they are tied to you gamertag, so transferring them to another place that can't access your gt is pointless. :) Hope that helps
  17. Dirt 3 already??
  18. Wow thats quite a self contradicting article. Besides it was massively out of date way before the new 360 was released, let alone the PS3 Slim... It always surprises me why so many people want their consoles to do everything. I have have my console only for gaming and downloading stuff for my games. My DVD player is for watching movies My ipod is for music PC is for, well everything... Anyway for me the 360 wins because it is the better gaming machine.
  19. ooo, cool thread RangeRove Evoque just because I like the look of it and I already own 1 hairdressers car (Ford Edge), so another one won't hurt. Ford F150 Raptor for the desert and other off road duties. Jaguar XFR for practical use and fun. AstonMartin V12 Vantage for fun. VW Transporter Sportline for trips to the Alps with my bikes.
  20. Still playing FM3, but mainly in the Tag hoppers online. Its amazing how often you can get kicked just for winning. Also been playing Limbo... brilliant little game just released on XBL arcade. Monkey Island 2 has been quite fun although its not very intuitive and a little slow moving. Bought FEAR 2 last week on a cheap deal. Hated the demo but the full game was brilliant. Bioshock2, Metro, Just Cause2 are also on my regular play cycle. Might drop JC2 to the back of the shelf soon as it gets real repetitive once you finish the story. Am really looking forward to H*** Reach (but don't tell anyone here ;) ). The main campaign looks amazing and the new multiplayer Forge map is HUGE.
  21. . Thats pretty funny . :p
  22. ^^^The only way I know that works is to take a whole stack of shots (of the same scene) and stitch them together when you have enough. Some guys on the forzamotorsport.net forums have made some amazing shots with that method. I've not bothered yet because its very time consuming. My current A600 'Tag (virus)' machine
  23. Best episode in a long time. Solid Gold. After the last Veyron performance I wasn't expecting it to top the Power Lap board. Brilliant. All those Senna clips brought back so many memories.
  24. Rabbit Gti  Saw this in the Alps. Only noticed as we were pulling away from the carpark though. Sorry for poor quality.
  25. It was a a water landing although not risk free. One of the other guys there landed of the back of the bike and gashed his arm on the rear cassette (cogs)... not even seen that on dirt/concrete before either. Similar stuff but not from that part of the bike?! Some one else got the handle bars in his nackers too. Its a great way to practise before landing on the hard stuff. :D
