Yea, you can do it in the moderated posts section in the MCP or if you see a thread with a little red symbol next to it, that means there's a post that needs approving. Find the post(most probably a recent one) and select it then approve it at the bottom with the drop down list. The list where you delete posts etc.

Hey Spongey, do you know how to approve posts for moderated users? You merged two of them togethor but only staff could see them :p
