Do you have Fraps? If you did you could just take a snapshot ingame with it then you can find them in a folder in your area. You can do the same with XFire I think too (take screenshots). Focus gauge looks great! :D

Ah, in photoshop you go to Filters>Distort>Lense correction then there should be 'Vignetting' or something down the right side, just scroll it to the left until you get as much as you want.
