  1. Fair enough. I stopped wearing a watch when I finished school and no longer had timetables to worry about - roughly around the same time I got my first mobile phone. I eventually found it more relaxing not always knowing what the time was.
  2. Or just don't wear a watch in cases where it doesn't go
  3. Well it kinda makes up for no series last June/July
  4. That's running quite a bit of boost... for a watch. And yet the 0-60 time is still 60
  5. Funny thing is for such a big special, it's format was pretty similar to a lot of recent TG USA episodes. Yes parts were obviously staged (where were all the support vehicles hiding each time they got stuck?) and the ending was a bit of a low. I'm sure British people wouldn't go around hurling [physical] stones at someone driving a German car with a H939-WW2 plate. Then again you guys did have that mob in London the other year for some reason I can't recall  Did anyone get a bit of a 'The Crew' vibe from some of the scenes though? The roads, scenery, off-road parts, and even the dirt spec vehicle customisation towards the end.
  6. ^He's a Happy Little Vegemite :D
  7. Because supe has fallen off the face of the earth? @Milli, Robik, Robillard - first one of you to read this and create a new DGS thread can pick the theme!
  8. Want to look more fashionable than Mike? Me neither... ... so I present to you: The Crew Game PC PS4 X360 XONE XBOX CUSTOMISED NICKNAME Gamer Tag t-shirt | eBay
  9. Went through Healesville around 11am towards Skyline
  10. And I.... didn't take any footage of my ride up that way on the same day. :) At least the roads were very quiet on NYD, although I suspect we may have awoken some people with our loud exhausts
  11. Well that was an interesting post to read out of context
  12. I'm not certain that it should see a wheel - it's designed for the X360 gamepad. Remember this was popular before Microsoft released official drivers for their various Windows operating systems.
  13. Aaaaaand what does he win, Diablo? /game show voice
  14. erm ,yeah, I recall the X360 pad was a well known issue - I don't suppose you've tried searching for what others have done??? (I'm guessing 'yes' given you've already tried XBCD drivers).
  15. lol @ "Hire Maldonado" Rene doesn't work for pCARS, doesn't even provide feedback on the forums. He originally did some work for Fanatec who were demo'ing Project CARS at the time, and he wanted a copy iirc. No idea why sim racers have to be so competitive (ok I have some idea) - the more sims out there the better imo.
  16. y u no turn off subtitles? Should put some of those in spoiler tags.
  17. How can I fix the problem so I can play online?
  18. If any of the staff find (or are alerted to, hint hint, wink) support posts from Ivory Tower or Ubisoft, we'll post them in here so you've got a billionth of a chance of noticing it! So hit that Subscribe button!
  19. Some basic post-launch region videos: Midwest: East Coast: The South: Mountain States: West Coast:
  20. So how is everyone going with getting their various car specs up to somewhere near car level 1299? Would be cool to organise some friendly online comp with TDUDT (4 v 4). I know a bunch of them have been putting in the big hours to spec up and set various records. We, on the other hand, seem more content to just cruise in a laid back fashion  And just to help you out, here is a quick guide to the easiest Skill challenges per vehicle type to retry over and over until you randomly win a Level 50 part:
  21. Flying cars, hoverboards, and auto-fit + drying clothes would be a good start.
