    I'd say the file system is corrupt, which is a symptom of the storage device being kaput, as mentioned above.

    Thanks. I'm in Melbourne (right down the bottom of Australia opposite where Tasmania is) so I'm fine. Queensland had all those floods recently (just south of where the cyclone is, but probably some overlap), and they had their last cyclone back in 2005, and one before it in 1996 I think. I've been using this link to keep tabs on it.

    Yes - the other people won't see your car mod though. If you replace a RUF with a Porsche - everyone else will just see a RUF (unless they have also modded the car). Physics mods are generally not supported online (only a few things can be modded in that regard)

    The only reason I'd preorder it are for the extra 40 challenges. I was thinking of getting it on PS3 for more chances of DLC but it turns out all my friends are getting it on PC - so that sorts that out. Will check Ebay for cheap preorders later.

    Hehe - it takes me a good 20 mins to get used to TDU1 Hardcore NoAids these days since i don't play it much - but at least it's predictable.

    Well people aren't exactly rushing out to buy the MS Wireless wheel - and the Fanatecs don't have great distribution or price competitiveness just yet, so I would be surprised if they do block this, esp after they've shown how they support the modding of things like Kinnect and WP7.

    Aparantly if you take a photo of a Honda going past the Honda building at the Japan city circuit (forget the name) you get a PS3 trophy. There's a few othere specific photo trophies as well.
