Happened to me. DOA is an instant replacement done by the shop. After 1 or 2 weeks if you return it you need to fill in forms, send stuff to the manufacturer, wait for them to test it, then send something back to you, so you're without the parts for weeks.

:hiya: Cactus' Flux software suggestion has actually made an awesome difference to late night PC usage! Takes about a week to get used to the colour-change but if you're using the PC every night and not doing colour work (web, photoshop, video editing, etc) it really is amazing - and it'll help you get to sleep quicker too. Really does take the sting out of the bright white areas of the screen.

Are you interested (and capable) of getting it working again on your modern operating system? Peer to Peer direct connection 8 player should still work. Tip: If the game crashes on the Normanby track, head into your track game files and rename farmland.bin to something else, and then copy and rename one of the other sky texture files in its place.

I'm inclined to agree. Make sure it's a flat fee and not a hourly labour rate. I assume your keyboard/mouse are USB. Not being recognised could be a clue. Chipset drivers. Try different ports. Try booting with nothing plugged in and see if it ever crashes.
