  1. Very nice. :D I've always been a C4 guy myself, but you know, not bad. :cheeky: j/k Manual or auto? And what engine? -Leadfoot
  2. ^Her voice is really annoying, but the beat of those songs are also good. Annoying vocals, but catchy. ------------------- Been looking for energizing, feel-good songs (might be getting a new car soon, that kind of feel-good ;) ) and remembered this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Gzul9RZ9H4 -Leadfoot
  3. Looks scarily like NFS physics wise. Let's hope the E3 booth just had the assists all the way on (they usually do). -Leadfoot
  4. Looks like a 599 (or nameless replica  ) with CryEngine3-style graphics. WANT slightly. -Leadfoot
  5. I completely agree! Thank you for being honest. :) The problem is, I use the shows for publicity, and then the owners will go onto my website to see their cars. :( But I do have some other stuff, like racetracks and hillclimbs, lined up. The race videos are much more entertaining, IMO (although they still suffer from some of the same problems), like this one: I have another show (local, so it's kind of obligatory :( ) next weekend, so maybe I'll a) use that for meeting drivers who might do a Real Drivers video, and b) interview people there. And there are two more Real Drivers videos coming up this week (Volvo Amazon and restored Ford pickup), so those should be relieving. :) -Leadfoot
  6. Lots of old cars. Creative Commons music is driving me insane, though. Anyone know of sources that can be used for possibly commercial purposes? -Leadfoot
  7. @SB: Lovely Z8 and lovely shot. :) Larger versions here. -Leadfoot
  8. Welcome. :hi: Glad to see some love for the Starion/Conquest TSi. ;) -Leadfoot
  9. :hmmm: An active thread! Here's the latest vid, and some pics. :) Ferrari 430 Spider in the Rain by LeadfootYT, on Flickr F430 Spider by LeadfootYT, on Flickr Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster by LeadfootYT, on Flickr Diamond in the Ruf by LeadfootYT, on Flickr -Leadfoot
  10. Lousy weather, and the video's not my personal favorite, but at least there are some nice cars. And I took more pics in an effort to make up for it. :) Ferrari 430 Spider in the Rain by LeadfootYT, on Flickr Aston DB5 and Dino by LeadfootYT, on Flickr F430 Spider by LeadfootYT, on Flickr Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster by LeadfootYT, on Flickr Diamond in the Ruf by LeadfootYT, on Flickr Classic Metal by LeadfootYT, on Flickr -Leadfoot
  11. Nice choice of angles for the collage. :) -Leadfoot
  12. @Icy: I love this one for some reason. It has that HDR, "hyper-real" look or something. :hmmm: Also, great shots for what looks like an overcast day. -------------------------------- Some more hillclimb stuff to go with . A bunch more, plus desktop-res versions are here. :) Oh, and there's more stuff coming tomorrow. Big stuff. ;) -Leadfoot
  13. Pretty insane stuff. I guess summer is approaching all over the world... :hmmm: Speaking of which, I saw a couple interesting (and loud) things today: -Leadfoot
  14. New one. This one's big. Keep your fingers on the volume knob; it's about to get loud. ;) -Leadfoot
  15. Glad you like them! :) The main trick is the Glidetrack camera slider, which is the locking/sliding rig that allows for smooth side-to-side shots, followed by (in that video) a Glideshot camera crane. The crane is a little obnoxious at events, though, so I try to use it in moderation. ;) Oh, and the camera's a T2i/550d. I miss those days. :( Maybe someday. -Leadfoot
  16. You guys are taking this a bit too seriously. Any DLC or game package (including the aforementioned GT5 and its R35s) must play this balance between numbers and variation, and when you combine that with licensing, the easiest route is too boost the numbers with liveries. But of course, when this happens, everyone forgets that they added any cars in the first place, and arguments like this start. I'm with Ryzza on this one. :) And besides, if you're unhappy with their Porsche-counting ethics, don't buy the DLC. :p -Leadfoot
  17. Latest event video is up! It's another Cars & Coffee one, albeit with the crane, and different cars. Note: Contains Fisker Karma, blower-through-the-hood '67 Camaro (with sound), and an Aston Martin DB5. :D -Leadfoot
  18. Every time I hear this song I can imagine some different sci-fi film intro sequence. :D -Leadfoot
  19. Really is a shame. And while his cars remain amazing (for the most part *COUGH*Mustang II/Current GT350*COUGH*, but it's too soon to be talking about the misses), one of the most impressive things was the fact that he never really retired. He was even involved in the development of the Shelby 1000 - a car not even released yet. Good for him. Plus he remained as bold as ever in his old age: http://jalopnik.com/5909688/the-probably-true-story-of-how-carroll-shelby-really-died ;) -Leadfoot
  20. The race starts at 3:55. :cheeky: -Leadfoot
  21. I use a Velbon DV-7000 with a Glidetrack slider and a Glideshot four-foot camera crane sitting on the cheapest heavy-duty tripod I could find. The DV-7000's a nicer one. :) -Leadfoot
  22. Stage 2 Legacy GT! Awesome sound included: -Leadfoot
