  1. Love those Corvette shots above. Makes me think I should do a compilation video of all the generations of TDU Corvette Mods... Need a C4, though. -Leadfoot
  2. It's a yacht, but I don't think it's THE yacht. It looks more like an advanced AI boat. EDIT: I'm late, aren't I? Sorry, it put me on the last page... :o -Leadfoot
  3. Of course, because you're so great Diablo! Seriously, though, is he saying that he's going to post TDUC-exclusive stuff here? Or that he'll give you a media package or something? Or just that something's coming and he'll try to hurry it along? -Leadfoot
  4. Maybe they used "next week" as an intentionally vague term. So they could say, "No, it's not this week - it's next week." -Leadfoot
  5. Thanks. :) -Leadfoot
  6. They do a lot of stuff like that. Seen their new HMMWV - oh, sorry, I meant Dongfeng? http://jalopnik.com/5522950/chinas-hummer-ripoff-doesnt-ask-doesnt-tell Or how about their X5? -Leadfoot
  7. Eurofighter, just because it's not capable of flight with all its panels locked (and because it's the one of the most maneuverable fighters with the computers working). But, of course, this thread is about "aircraft," right? So what's to stop me from saying my favorite "aircraft" is the Hughes (now part of McDonnell Douglas) OH-6 "Littlebird"? Because it can fly under almost anything and can pummel anything with its dual miniguns. But mostly because it's small, light, and nimble. :) I also like the Blackhawk because I've ridden in one, and the C130 for the same reason (except there was an engine failure and they had to call in another one to repair it :cheeky: ). Not all military, though; I like the Beechcraft Baron 58, mostly because I use it a lot in Flight Simulator X. :) -Leadfoot
  8. Amzing video. Saw one of these a while back, but these one's even better. :) Stop-motion, you mean? Or maybe that's just its American name. Cool. I'll have to learn how to do that. Is it always a camera effect or can it be done solely in post-production? -Leadfoot
  9. I'll have to use this in some movie... :) Hood opening is cool, too. -Leadfoot
  10. Just went to Maine and back in one day (was around 16 hours of driving). Saw tons of Corvettes. And I mean tons. No C1s One C2. Four C3s. Seven or so C4s (three of which were for sale, which I wanted. Except I can't drive or work yet. :( ) Four or five C5s. One C6. Also: Chevelle (classic) GTO (new and classic) Plymouth Roadrunner Camaro (for sale and beat up, but classic) Old 911 Targa Four of these (Can-Am Spyder): I've got to remember to bring my camera for trip sometime. My parents were kind of annoyed on a trip a while ago, though, because I literally filled up the SD card with pictures of cars. :cheeky: -Leadfoot
  11. Heard the G25 doesn't work and that there's no interior cam. But visuals seem okay... :) -Leadfoot
  12. I would imagine they are aware of a 20,000 member forum that idolizes their game, but at the same time, don't expect them to listen to every request. Some things are outlandish or not possible (car wish lists come immediately to mind, as do ideas that stray too far from the goal of a game), and even if they read about it, there's no guarantee that it will be included. Also, there are other forums besides us (even if we are one of the largest). Bug reports and common errors/compatibility complaints are no doubt taken into consideration from anywhere they happen to see, but not every thread is read over (threads about NFS games, for example, where people sometimes give tips about other games, are probably not looked at as much as "Running on XP 64 - Crash to Desktop?"). Put simply - yes, they listen, but it doesn't mean they're going to obey our every word. -Leadfoot
  13. I'm sure driver animations and positioning will not be revealed until very late in the process. -Leadfoot
  14. Cool. I like the KZ1 one. Interesting seeing pics of the Cadillac Sixteen, A4 DTM, and other 360-exclusive cars. Though, of course, we can get those now, too... :) -Leadfoot
  15. That was another option, but it's not that, erm, interesting. So I didn't say it. -Leadfoot
  16. Impressive. Shame it's not an entry in the next COTM. -Leadfoot
  17. "We" could mean anything. But regardless of whether this is it, I assume we will have the Veyron eventually. -Leadfoot
  18. Nice DBS shot. -Leadfoot
  19. It is. :) In other news, rain, storms, and the DBS are awesome! -Leadfoot
  20. http://img594.imageshack.us/img594/126/pic2033.jpg I am happy now. -Leadfoot
  21. That's what I said for seven months after the releases of the xBox 360 and PC versions of TDU. In other words, maybe. -Leadfoot
  22. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFSn5rs70Rc -Leadfoot [mod edit:] Please do not embed more than 2 videos per post, thanks!
  23. Does it really surprise anyone that they pulled an Atari on us? -Leadfoot
  24. http://i935.photobucket.com/albums/ad198/Corvetteboy3/201004212139162-1.jpg Like this one. :) -Leadfoot
  25. Very high detail! Are the two planes a photoshop, or were they really there? -Leadfoot
