Happy birthday to you, TDU:C !!! I put my luggage down here in april 2008 and could not imagine how widespread it would be becoming in less than 3 year-time ! People from all over the world do have come to see how our beloved TDU is going. and I hope you'll be here for long ;)

Hi, thanks all for your comments ;) And yes, I just had one of the best videogame-related-event of my life ! Basically, the clutch is working like a button as said earlier and should be fixed by a patch after release. At the time of January the 18th, game copies had been sealed for a while. And multiscreen has been fixed for proper scaling with such wide resolutions. Feel free to post a translation here, sorry I can't make one as I have more things to do : cecond part coming before the week end :D

Hi, Magic Map is absolutely not intended to solve network connection problems... it just allows to use mods without crashing when starting the game :) Your issue must be related to something else. Do you have a legal version of TDU ?

Don't wanna start a flame war, but imo you have to find people first : - who are not just copy-pasting models from other games - who are not just releasing lonely 3D model, without TDU capabilities (sound, dealer, names, rims, clever physics, cams ...) whereas it has been made possible for months - who don't think making countless is better than making quality - who are not script kidding / cracking exe files (you know, thise making crappy trainers rather fixing bugs and adding exciting features - whereas they are able to) and then, you'll get more people making the things go further. Don't take everything for yourself (and don't get me wrong), things are like that and everyone, including me, had a role to play to avoid that. Hope the same mistakes won't be made again for TDU2 :)

TDU in PL language, like TDU Gold, is different from genuine TDU, which it is the only supported version. ;)

You should tell which TDU version you're using. TDU Gold >> no chance :twisted:

Hi edwin, it was great time someone more creates full mod packages as a tribute toTDU :) You are another living proof that creating complete installers can be done by human beings. btw, did you have a look at offline documentation (PDF) ? Nope, just you seem to use a cracked version. There's no official patch released after 2007, just a car megapack for PC users. But there is an unofficial 1.68b patch, you can find it in this forum.

Aouch! replacing the whole Rims.db file may erase changes made with installers and thus your game will crash (incompatibility between Car_Rims and Rims db). So be warned... overall if you have installed complete mods (almost every mod from tdumodshop in fact). It would be more secure to set a patch to only change lines. I know 'AZ-1' did that succesfully, didn't he ? :) My 2cts in modding...

I have no idea why it behaves differently. And no, direct running from explorer is not the same as running from the shortcut. - 'uniditified car' cop bug was solved with latest 1.68b patch release. Get it from official site. DOWNLOAD PAGE
