  1. uninstall TDU and then re-install it.
  2. I know that it's intended for the Mustang GT, but do you think that it will go onto the Saleen Extreme Coupe without much trouble?
  3. You'll have the Charger hood and interior, it's just that the camera locations will be from the GT500 instead of the Super Bee, so the view from the interior or hood view might be a little strange.
  4. it really is a good looking car on the outside, but the inside just makes me sick
  5. Incorrect. Fiat is going to buy Chrysler, who owns Dodge and Jeep. GM currently owns Saab, Opel, Vauxhall, Holden, Pontiac, Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Saturn (Opel rebranded for the U.S.) and Buick; but is looking to sell Saab, Opel, Vauxhall, and Holden and discontinue Saturn and Pontiac in order to pull itself out of bankruptcy.
  6. That's not entirely true. True they are both part of the Modular engines family, but that only means that they fit in the same hole (hence why you find a de-tuned version of the GT 5.4L in the GT500 Mustang). The engine in the GT is a 5.4L Dual Overhead Cam design (2 cams per cylinder bank) with 4 valves per cylinder with short intake runners (due to a supercharger sitting on top of them) and mid-length headers coupled to high-flow cats, X-pipe, and high flow mufflers. The Mustang GT motor is a 4.6L Single Overhead Cam design (1 cam per cylinder bank) with 3 valves per cylinder using long intake runners, shorty cast headers, average flow catalytic converters, H-pipe, and average flow mufflers. I have been around both and driven the Mustang several times and can tell you that (to me at least) with the exception of the V8 rumble, they sound little alike. About the sounds: Love the sound, will definitely be using it for the GT.
  7. I dunno, I kinda like that Vanquish version. It's certainly the hottest hatch anyone could ever own!
  8. Yeah, it's all emissions. Since it doesn't have a catalytic converter or EGR system or vapor capture system it is only allowed in the US if it never drives on anything other than a race track (aka an "off road" vehicle)
  9. with the movie underway that would explain why the new season of FG has thus far, for lack of a better term, stunk like a pile of manure. FG used to be funny, but now it just feels like MacFarlane is using it for his personal soapbox. And I'm not the only one that I know who feels that way. All of my friends and family who watched the show feel the same. In fact, some have stopped watching it altogether and think that there may be one more season left in it before it gets canceled.
  10. I enjoy driving them (the Laviolette that I have has over 500 miles logged on it) and often race in one. It's just that you can only drive one car for so long, then you need to change to something else to spice things up a bit. That and whenever I'm on I'm either in an empty zone of map or the nearest online player is over a mile away.
  11. if they put in fuel consumption, I hope that they put in a consumption rate that is variable with speed, rather than a straight rate that is independent of speed. That way if you are cruising at a slow speed your tank will last longer, rather than going at a slow speed and consuming fuel like you are going flat out.
  12. From the summary of the bill in the article, it says that they just need to employ more women, ethnics, and homosexuals. It never says that they need to host any shows. TG probably wouldn't have to change it's trio of presenters if they just had a more "diverse" support crew.
  13. OMG! :D So much awesome right here! would have +rep if I could have.
  14. especially if it's vans like the Honda Odyssey in this vid: http://1320video.com/OneLap08.php :D

  16. I realize this is quite a bump, but I noticed that while it does fix the speedometer, it seems to remove the frame around the windshield leaving me with a piece of glass hovering in front of me. does anyone else have this glitch?
  17. if there is a sound for the spool up of a supercharger that is separate from the vehicle sound (like the turbo spool sound), could you maybe make one that sounds more like this: ?
  18. The TDU radio works by playing the first (alphabetically) song in the folder, then does a half-arsed attempt at randomizing the music in the folder after that. (I say half-arsed because in a list of 20 songs you will hear the same five songs 6 or 7 times before it starts playing the other 15.)
  19. w00tnation! although, that model is of a 68. 69 fastabacks look like this: http://www.cruisinclassics.ca/ProjectsandGarageTours/members%20cars/69%20Mustang%20-%20LeDuke.jpg I'm still stoked for this mod though! :D
  20. what cars have you tried it on? and which ones of those that you have tried are the worst/best? (it might give us an idea on what cars to suggest if you are stuck)
  21. Yes yes yes yes! :D I love this car with every molecule in my body (almost as much as I love the Mustang! ;)) and have been looking to get one myself, preferably with a bad motor so I can get it for cheap ($800 or so) and build it up to something that can go from 0 to deep trouble in 3 seconds :D
  22. Gorgeous car man! I love the Edge styling. Hope you enjoy it :D
  23. Sweet :D Don't forget your C5 Z06 either :D
  24. just curious here (NOT a request, I swear!): if making the pop up lights is successful (and it seems as though it will be), is there any chance that you will go back to the cars you made that had pop-ups and make them functional? It would be uber-awesome if you could do that :)
  25. Just noticed: it's still the viper interior. looks kinda funny XD
