The Zonda wheels were fixed in the PC version, so I see no reason why they wouldn't be fixed for the consoles. Though, this is Eden/Atari we are talking about......

I think the reason it's out for PC is because they were the group that made the biggest stink about support in TDU1, so they made sure to focus on that group this time around. Unfortunately that means shifting focus away from the consoles because bug testing for PCs takes longer as there are so many different hardware configurations.

Just started TDU2 after reading this and it did do a quick update, but I don't think the version changed. My guess is that some server file changed so they had to update to keep connections from dropping. My guess is that it's a dunce cap for your character if you were one of the people who paid full price for this game.

I'm going to save you some time and let you know that that sort of thing isn't discussed on these forums.

As many of us know, there are some cars in TDU2 that just don't react properly to the levels of tuning that are available. In order to help people decide if they should spend the money in game I thought that a list should be provided on what cars are affected and how they are affected. Hopefully through the community we can get a complete list on these cars. I'll update this first post with the list as new ones are added. If you know of any cars that should be on this list please post with the car and how the performance isn't up to snuff. I'll start the list with the ones I experienced in game: Atom V8 - Top speed not affected, acceleration in final gear slower when tuned Aston Martin Vantage V8 - Top speed not affected/ decreases slightly with tuning Caterham CSR260 - Top speed only slightly increased Caterham R500 - Top speed only slightly increased Jaguar D Type - Top speed only slightly increased Lotus Esprit S3 - top speed slightly increased (by 4km/h)

Pretty much the only point (in my eyes) for Dubai would be to have super long straights that are nearly level so all the Bugatti kiddies could max out their top speed.

It will probably be like the first TDU. The bikes will have physics more fitting to cars and the cars will have physics more fitting to bikes.

tried it, didn't work. still won't connect. Figures that the first time the TDU franchise has ever given me issues is now :/ EDIT: Got it to work by doing a release/renew on my router.

Is anyone else having issues connecting post EP? I've tried connecting several times and each time it says the server isn't available. I've checked the official forums and they say that there will be some maintenance done that will prevent people from logging on but that isn't until tomorrow.

What I hope happens is that they take all the current DLC cars and put them in dealerships other than the "used" one, since there are only 8 slots in the used and 15 dlc cars (and me with only $24k in game money so I can't buy any to make the cars I actually want to show up). There are more than enough slots in the current dealers so I honestly don't know why it wasn't used in the first place.

With Atari/Eden's track record on updates though, they'll ignore what the community actually wants to add more shirts and couches, and when the community asks about fixing what's broken, they'll say "What's broken?" and walk away before anyone can answer.

Too bad the "experts" at the Eden Car Team don't pay attention to some glaring details on cars (i.e. the dual exhaust on the Mustang GT that they forgot to put on.) I hope that the next updates they come out with fix those modeling issues.

This is something I brought up over in the official TDU2 forums, and, not surprisingly, it has bee MASSIVELY ignored.

So just the performance file of a Mustang V6? Since the model being used for the GT Mustang in game currently is a V6 with fog lamps.

It's quite simple looking at the recent releases from Atari. They just hate gamers and games in general.

Because Atari/Eden hates PC players. Didn't you learn that from the first TDU?

must have the Ford Interceptor. It is one of my all time favorite designs. Atari, if you are listening, I will pay whatever you ask for the DLC that includes that car.

BF3 Beta was actually announced in the news ticker at the bottom of the main Bad Company 2 screen a few months ago. I too got invited to the MOH beta without ordering it. Guess EA just wants ppl to buy their stuff really badly right now.
