It is most definately your graphics card (as many have said) I previously owned an 8500GT at that only just ran it at 25fps (everything on low) and as soon as i upgraded to an 8600GTS, I ran it maxed out. But now that ive got this uber-computer it runs anything maxed out (with exception to crysis)

Nice pictures! Ive got two 9600GS in SLI (But i dont think TDU uses SLI) and i get no less than 60 (seeing as it's my monitor's refresh rate) with everything on high, HDR on and in 1680x1050 res

Have you allowed TDU through your firewall? And are you certain the TDU Servers aren't down?

I think they use the san andreas HDR mod, and if I remember rightly, the keystroke is Shift + F12 to activate
