Lights on while driving

hi all

apologies if i am not placing the request on the right place.

 

the title says it all Lifhts on while driving... how can i get that?

cuz they are allways off, would it be possible to reverse the effect?

like haveing the lights allways on and then when press the key to engage an event they turn off.

 

any help is welcome as allways..

This has been asked many times, but I know of one temporary solution.

 

A program made by a guy called "Tommy" was posted on the LFS forum, enabling a certain combination of keys to be activated with a push of a button. The good thing is, you can customise it with your own keys.

 

I will try and do a bit of searching for you, but I can't promise I'll find the program

Hi.

I have opened an old USB steering wheel(you can use any controller) and welded(dont know what the word for ``weld´´ cables with tin is?LOL) off one of the buttons and welded on a switch like this:

and now i can use this as a own controller to steer the lights or whatever i want!:):thumbsup:

i can add some pictures ofmy system if someone want to!:D

There is an easy way to get that done:

 

1. Go to Free Ride Mode (leave your house)

2. Press ESC

3. Go to OPTIONS

4. Press your 'lights' key and hold it down until step 8

5. Go to CONTROLS

6. Go to DASHBOARD

7. Click on WARNING FLASH

8. Release the 'lights' button now

9. Click on CONFIRM

 

Done.

 

However, i do not know how other players see your car - with lights on or off.

i used a Logitech Formula Force EX steering wheel!

The cable was CAT-5 Internet cable and a toggle switch!

I use the button for reverse!

(the screwdrivers is just to test the switch)

I Tried The Control Settings Method And It Works

LOL it works... but, the bad is that TDU doesn't have night, two functions keys, on/off and flashing lights that would be cool.

head lights now work but in some cars it blurs a bit
