Compy help! Please!

My keyboard is being stupid! I donèt know what Ièm pressing, but at random times it will change and my symbols get all screwed up. Apostrophe becomes è, question mark is É, slash is é, quotes è, square brackets ç and Ç, curvy brackets ^ and ¨, and there are a few others. Itès really annoying, and I have to restart my computer every time to fix it. Anyone know what the crap is going onÉ

LOL looks like some eastern european language.

 

Try changing your locale.

 

Start -> Control Panel / Keyboard + Mouse (If XP)

" -> " / region and language options (if vista)
