Help With Modding??

I was wondering if someone could help me with modding. I want to make cars and everything (interior and etc), but I've no idea where to start or what programs to download or anything else.

If someone could help me, I'd love to be able to contribute to this forums mods.

There isnt a proper way to make Car models without Paying money for Programs, the first thing you will need is Zmodeler
