Hey

Whenever I start TDU PC, all I get is a black screen and an enlargend cursor. No game. I've uninstalled + reinstalled, got rid of all the mods, cut + pasted my save game into a backup file (so no save game is there) and it still does this.

Help? :sulk:

Edit: Yes, I have deleted that radial file, same still

You have an nVidia card, so you go to: The nVidia Website. Then go to "Download Drivers" Choose GeForce 8 series, then click on GeForce 8500GT, then download, then install using the installer.

EDIT: the site has changed since I last used it, all you do now is select your series (yours is an 8 series) then choose your operating system (Windows XP/Vista)

Right, now it loads, but before I can enter the house at the begining, it crashes :(

best thing to do is make a backup of your saved file and reinstall tdu.

Well even once you get TDU to work, it's not going to run very well. I used to have an 8500GT (same one in fact like you) and I had to run low settings on a lower resolution... and even then I only got like 15FPS. It's much less fun.

It ran suprisingly well on my 8500GT, I was enjoying it. I doubt it's the graphics.

I have no idea how to this working, so it crashed after you got those millions by Safiro? Did you do something after that? What error message did you get btw?

I have a 8500 and it runs 100% without lag. You probly had a slow CPU.

He have a Quad Core 2,4 GHZ, it beats mine.

So a slow CPU would not be the problem.

Yeah, after Saf gave me the 9.1 mil. However, I bought nothing after that. When I exited mah house it crashed. Then I went to buy the Mustang that i sold for the 9.1 mil back for 1k. Crashed again whilst leaving the safehouse

No error message

If anyone can solve this that doesnt require deleting mah savegame, they will get a CC8S for 1k off meh

Check your temperatures, You can use nVidia Control Panel for your GPU temperatures.

Can't find it in the nVidia control panel, but i'm using this SpeedFan thing I downloaded... here are the results (nVidia control panel is on the right)
