Wath i've tried is to replace the A3 logo with a S3 logo and I failed : (

I dunno what I've done wrong maybe u guys can help me ! :thumbsup:

I'm not sure, as I usually don't do texture mods. But I would say you got some saving / converting process wrong. :s Sorry if I'm not much help here ;)

Don't forget that DDS has multiple formats.

 

use DXTBMP to find out the format of The DDS

I did the way u told with the right format and it's better but I don't have color ??

As far as I know, outright black is transparent on alpha channels. Try a very dark grey.

Huh I don't get it =D

But I think the problem is something when I save the ARGB and RGB waths the difference? But now i'm trying to change the AM logo on my steer to a Hamann logo and when I start TDU and look the logo is just gone... :(

You could try alternate method when converting your DDS to 2DB back.

Just uncheck Keep original file header box in order to take current image format into account.

 

Please also note TDU only supports DXT1, DXT3, DXT5, A8R8G8B8 formats. So check format is correct when saving.

 

And another thing, don't forget to generate mipmaps ! Else your logos won't be visible from a distance.
