Has anyone figured out how to mod the roads yet?

Essentially make a whole new island or specific tracks is what I'm getting at here.

 

I'd like to see the Nurburgring Nordschliefe, and the Isle of Mann, but with TDU physics and vehicles, both cars and bikes.

 

I'm getting kind of bored running the Millionaire's Challenge in under 42 minutes, so something different would be nice.

That's not what he's asking. He's essentially asking for custom tracks.
