Its a skyline!

 

The wheel spinning is good(except you didn't radial blur the tires) but the problem is that your also radial blurring the brakes. IRL they aren't supposed to be spinning. So I have been trying to find a way to blur without blurring the brakes.

as for the spinning tire, its only cos this particular pic is close up so u can see the tire detail

any other pic and you wudnt have to
