Video Card Drivers

I didn't see a thread for this, and SEARCH turned up nothing, so I thought I'd start one as drivers come out every month or so and sometimes they aren't as good (for TDU) as the previous ones.

 

If you have a problem with a driver, post it here. If a driver cures a problem for you, post it here. Let others know how a new driver affects your TDU.

 

MSI 256 meg 8600GT

TDU ran fine on 182.5.

Updated to 185.20 and got stuttering.

Updated to 190.38 and the stuttering actually got worse.

Went back to 182.5 and everything is fine again.

 

A friend has an 8800 (I don't know the model). He runs 190.38 just fine. Come February I rebuild a new PC. I hope to get Quad SLI! :D

Exactly the same here man (Geforce 9800 GT) I have updated to the 190's and the stuttering is terrible but I really don't want to go back to the old 182 drivers cause I don't know if it will affect the othere games I play.
