If you want to create good looking plates, also try this:

 

http://www.acme.com/licensemaker/

 

Choose your state, enter desired text, press button "make license", and thats it. Than you can save your license as JPEG image and put it in TDU. Hawaii included.

Q, I have made a Numberplate and got it saved as a Jpeg from the numberplate site that was listed in the link. how do I put this in the game now? and what program do I need to do it?
