Police car mod?

So I have an idea that I'm going to guess that someone else has already said, but I don't have an answer: IS IT POSSIBLE TO MOD THE COP CARS?

Because that seems like a good idea to me :)

Such as converting some police vehicles from NFS:UC, like the 911 Turbo and GT-R R35 police (these have been converted to other games, but idk about this one).

Anyone tell me if this could happen? Thanks.

(PS: I didn't know whether to put this under environment or traffic, so I figured traffic because they are traffic... until you get in a chase :P)

I already tried to make the GT-R R35 Police from NFS: Undercover as traffic mod, but then TDU crashed:(
