    Hello!

     

    Could you make a tutorial about creating own licence plates for TDU in GIMP? I can do it in JPG, but I've got problems with saving in DDS. I've got plug-in to save in DDS, but there are some problems with it. There's a tutorial - how to make it in Photoshop, but I haven't got money to buy my own copy and I don't want to use illegal software. GIMP is free, so I can use it.
