small question

hi all,

i want to buy tdu, i have found a used version on ebay and it says that it includes the game manuals and unique ID.

so basically will i be able to play online if it is a used game?

Yes you should be. However, if the previous owner manages to go online at the same time as you, the server will kick both of you and ban the CD-Key.

no, (similarly to most games) if the previous user went online ever then you wont be able to go online with the same CDkey because it is tied to the GameSpy profile (and obviously the previous owner wont give you their GameSpy account).

do many people play online now? and is it safe to add mods to the game when playing online?

I think it's surprising how many people actually play TDU, after all it's like 3 years old now. The answer to that is definitely yes. ;)

You can add car mods and stuff like that, however performance mods will get you kicked off the server if you use them online.
