You have to have permisson from Tool first(I think?)

The Readme says:

 

Do not edit anyfiles or textures.

 

Do not put on anyother sites without permission.

 

Do not edit file contents.

 

Yet, there is no way for Tool to know if you have edited it or not unless you post a picture of it, or Re-Release it (which would be stupid).

But the RGT has GT3RS physics....
