Windows can natively handle zip files, so you should be able to just Right click on the zip file and choose unzip/extract ( something worded like that ) which will extract the file from the archive. then its just a case of copying that file to the location you are told. there is nothing mysterious about zip files.

 

Also as a handy hint. if you ever come across a file type you have never used GOOGLE it 99-100 times it will tell you exactly what you need to know
