How to delete friends?

Well that's my question...

Because I'm starting to get problems at my friend list (such as I cant see any friend on the map) and i would like to know how to delete my friend list (so I re-add them).

I have heard that using the program of GameSpy you are able to see the list of friends but, I dont know which is ( if is GameSpy Comrade or something like that)

Well... I wish I could solve this problem.
