Hey ..:excited: I got a problem...I cant install the GTA4 Sound for brakes..My

TDU modding tools and Bnk is not working ..when i run ".exe" it says: ""the application failed to initialize properly(0x0000135).click on OK to termate the application" so ...Some help please?:ill:
