If by BOW you're meaning supercharged sound, that's because supercharger is enabled on the vehicle slot (SLK 55 AMG). The game adds it automatically over your sound.

 

Use TDUMT or TDUPE to get rid of that (imo, genuine turbo sound in TDU is just ... crap).

But its not a supercharger, it's a turbocharger. And it's not the genuine one, it's my moded one. Anyway the car, in real life, has BiTurbo.:D

it's your game (and the mod you're using, which Djey mentioned)

on my game i don't hear the turbo like in your vid because i don't have that mod ;)

 

*tip* loose that mod, since it might mislead people into thinking you have a turbo sound on your sound mods :btup

Ok, thanks for the tip. Never taught of that. But instead of removing it, I will mention in the description very bolded and red coloured.
