With every car of tools that I download I open the file with winrar and click on the install file and an error message comes up saying

" The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)."

what is wrong. :confused: This happens with all of tools cars and no one elses. :cry:

can someone please help me tool makes the best cars and I want to use them!!!!!!
