assign lgt_ron to taillight

Hi, i'm trying to make taillight texture, in which the second texture (ron) is used when the brakes are on. i'm using the original texture form 3dg file, and when in game i brake, the light texture (ron) is not working, but it works when i go reverse.

 

to explain it more clearly:

 

when i brake, the taillight doesn't change.

when i reverse, it uses the ron texture and the taillight is like on braking.

 

i haven't changed the LGT_RR (and RL) (LIT) , i only replaced the texture. i saw on other car the texture layer arraignment is the same. Thanks!
