Extreme lagging!!!

hey its gotten to the point were as iam either online or offline.. as soon as i enter the game..it starts to lagg to the point were i want to shoot babies!!! i have tried everything and still no sign of any improvement! pls pls help.:mad:

Is it like in waves or is it like that all the time? I had the same extreme lag in waves and a reinstall fixed it so I think I had too many mods installed.

no its all the time...and i have reinstalled it many times to just waste my time.
