Take the file Common in:

C/Program files/Atari/Test Drive Unlimited/Euro/Bnk/Sound.

Extract all files .wav

Modify the files of the horn ;)

In Sound are 7 folders, which one is?

There are different horns for different cars, don't forget. Some sound different.
