TDU online problem

Hi all,

 

at first I like to say that I am new in this, so please bare with me.

I bought my game today (downloaded it), installed it and created an online account in game, but I am still not able to connect to any TDU server.

I always get only this message:

Failed to connect to the TEST DRIVE Server. Please check your network status and try again.

 

I am not an expert, but I have the game allowed in the Windows Firewall, network connection is working OK (I tested it playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 and there was no problem at all)

I was also googling and searching for this kind of problem and solutions, but no luck so far.

So does anyone have any idea what I have to do or not to do, to be able to try this game online?

Reinstall game - Patch the game - install megapack if you have (still don't run the game) - delete "CDkey.txt" and ("Addon.txt" if you have megapack) - run TDU - write CDkey - play

By the way, how can I found some players online as the whole island is empty when I am looking at it online.
