Anyway, no one will give you TDU Savegame. Just use google to find it, there are few savegames.

And is your game original or downloaded from some torrent site?

I think he wants not just the gamesave, but also the car mods pre-installed.....

 

Not Gonna Happen, that would take up nearly a full gigabyte of space uncompressed.
