The physics wouldn't work, it's not yet possible to use the bike driver animations for a car, and that's what would need to be done because that thing has 4 wheels and doesn't lean like a normal bike.

 

So it would have to be made to replace a car, but the rider wouldn't look right trying to drive it like a car.
