Only analogue rev counters are working!!

Does anyone else have this issue? Only the analogue style rev counters are working, rev counters with cars with a digital one (lights, colors etc) nothing moves.

 

Some examples: MCLaren F1 GTR, Cadillac Cien, Holden Efijy Concept

 

Any ideas on how to fix this?

 

I have TDU and the Megapack, both purchased as digital download.

The digital dials don't work at all, it's not your game. I think there are mods that have got them to work, although I'm not 100% sure on that.
