Recovering deleted files?

For some reason the My Music folder was in the My Pictures folder on my computer(windows XP) So I deleted it and it to my recycle bin and deleted it, I can still go into the folder and all my files are there except my most important one, My Itunes songs, for some reason they were the only ones deleted, is there a way I can get the folder back?

You could try this piece of software, it's free. I've not personally tried Recuva but I've used CCleaner, Defraggler and Speccy from them and they were all good.

I found all the files with that Recua program but it's going to take a long time to get them all back, is there a select all option or another program thats faster? I might just have my local PC shop help me out because I usually mess something up when I mess around with my computer.. lol.

File recovery generally takes a long time. There's no quick way about it sadly.

 

Taking it to a PC shop will likely take even longer and cost you. There's nothing that you can really break by recovering deleted files.

As Mellors said it will take a while, even at a PC repair place. So might as well let it work overnight and let your money sit nice and snug in your wallet :p.
