Help needed to complete TDU1

hi,i have been finishing all the missions on tdu ready for test drive 2 friday,i have finished all the races,time trials and speed tests and i have finished every mission on the map for the hitchhiker etc but on the info screen its telling me i have only completed 69 out of 100,but there is no more missions on the map?i am champion level and was wondering if there is another level to get to before the last missions show up?i need help asap as i wud like to 100% the game before test drive 2,thanks for looking and hopefully some1 can help me :)

You need to drive on the road that they are located on before they show up on the map.
