[PC] Unable to update

Launched the game and clicked play. Message appears:

 

"Unable to update game. You will not be able to play online. Play Offline? y/n"

Pressing no does nothing. I saw the bar go across and update and then this message comes up.

 

Infuriating! :mad::mad::mad:
