Corrupt Game Save

Hello, I got to level 20, turned my xbox off last night. This morning it says corrupt game save. I started again this morning, played for about 20minutes then went off for breakfast. Just come back on and now the new game save is corrupt? :/

There is no real solution, backing up seems to be the only way. I back up once a day or every other day in the hope of avoiding backing up a corrupt file. Sure you'll lose a day or two but in my case it's better than two weeks.

 

There is a much talked up patch coming which they are currently testing to see if it solves this problem, although I have little faith given this glaring issue made it through their rigorous "testing" the first time around.

 

They claim it will "fix" erroneous corruption messages. It may work may not, however if the data is actually corrupted and it's not simply a case of the game getting confused then honestly.. the chance of fixing that data is about nil.

Yeah, going to get a usb flash pen drive to back up game saves

You'd probably be better off getting a SanDisk one from play.com or somewhere. It'll probably have a larger capacity and be cheaper. Argos are next to useless for technology. Lol
