Taking 3-5mins to start

I just reinstalled my windows and installed TDU2 again, and now it's taking toooooo much time after the 3 splash screens than appear(befor the Atari movie) the loading bar just continues to load!! I've renamed my videos folder and uninstalled reinstalled TDU2 again! but the problem still persists! :S

my ati driver is 11.1a. anyhelp? :confused:

If you're talking about the black screen with the circle loading bit, then thats normal.

If you saved the game while in a building (casino, dealership, test centre, etc etc) then I've found that it takes forever to load. Whereas if you save it while just being parked at the side of a road it loads instantly.
