I have just got a new OS installed and now I get an error when trying to open and use TDU PE 1.1 to edit vehicles in TDU. How cam I fix this?

Check that the file path is set to your TDU folder. ;) You should probably update to TDUPE 2.78, which is the newest version - you can get it at tdupe.com
