I wanted to share this Forza 4 video, imparticularly around the 7:30 mark where I found out that car info/stats has been recorded audibly by Jeremy Clarkson:

Yes! In AutoVista mode, Clarkson will lend his voice to talk the player through some of the hottest sportscars around the world. Top Gear test track included, AND the Kia Cee'd. I've just had a crisis.

With their 800,000 polygons per car, I figure they'll at least give GT5 a good fight in the graphics department.
