Ivory Tower part deux? Fired Eden-employees formed Blossom Minds

Ten ex-developers from Eden Games have formed Blossom Minds, a brand new studio that absolutely isn’t about the AAA.

 

The studio will look to create “original and quality content for the digital distribution market.”

 

“Blossom Minds is built on strong gameplay values, graphical skills and in-house state of the art technology, making smaller games but with big production polish,” it said.

 

“We are done with AAA titles; let us bring the OOOOOOH! instead.”

 

It comes as Eden went on strike for a day earlier this year after parent company Atari planned to cull 51 jobs from the studio, which released Test Drive Unlimited 2 back in February this year.

I wonder if this time it will actually result in some new work being shown, even sending Mike after Ivory Tower didn't change the ear popping silence at Ivory Tower, also formed by a huge amount of former TDU1 developers.

So, if they're not about AAA titles, does that mean they're making A titles, or AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA titles? I presume you need that many A's due to how TDU2 turned out :)
