Hi all, may be off-topic, but there is such a question about FM4 maybe someone knows how to pull out of it of 3d models and textures? And in general, whether it is possible to do this? ;)

It's probably illegal to extract models from any game at all...

 

But yes, if you take a look around the forum you will see that people have already started releasing mods from FM4.
