This reminds me of NFS High Stakes iirc, I believe there was a pic of this cars interior on the back of the box.

Must have been NFS3 (Hot Pursuit), NFS4 (High Stakes) had the SLK and CLK-GTR only. NFS3 had an SL600 indeed.

 

Btw, the mod car looks the same like AutoArt's 1/18 version, same wheels too :D
