TDU Problem help

Hello I have a problem with TDU game when I get in game sound in the sound options set to maximum but still not working properly before we had the game and everything went perfectly if you know anything please post fixes ... Thank you in advance

TDU is you I have winrar archived game, not the installer ... if somehow you and me to give me a link to the game that I installed to try to see if will be any difference.
