How to get a tuned Ferrari in the Used Car Dealer?

Basically, I've discovered that the Ferrari F430 is available with the Unofficial patch and is an A3 car so I thought I'd use that for my car in that class this time round. However, I want to get a tuned one if possible and you can only get those from the used car dealer. Is there a way to reset the cars in the dealer and if so, what is it?

 

Is there a way to tailor what appears in the shop (WITHOUT hacking - though a minor exploit is no problem) so that I can get an F430?
