Yummy. Can't wait for this and if it's half as good as Vegas 2 then I'll be a happy Camel.

Certainly looking promising you have to say. I really enjoyed the first R6V and its online, played that on and off for years and even though Casino was the most oft-played map, the others were just as good and was a game where you needed to act as a team to be in with a chance of winning.

Just stumbled across a small preview of the Alpha version of Siege. It's a pretty good read and has a few pictures. From the sounds of it, it is exactly what I was hoping for! :)

 

Also, Diablo, you must acquire a PS4 ready for when this is released. RB6 Vegas was too much fun to miss out on this.

Watched some media and read some reports on the Alpha and it is indeed looking quite promising. And yeah I'll start saving a few pennies a month and see in 2018 mate. :cheeky:

Ubi have been listening to those that took part in the closed Alpha (EA, EA! Do the same). Below is just a summary of the changes they have made as a result of gamer feedback. Follow the Sauce for full details.

 

Hit markers have been removed so you can't shoot through walls to try and find enemies

Armour and equipment will have an impact on player speed. Heavy armour/guns mean you run slower.

Weapon recoil improvements.

You can only be revived twice in a match instead of an unlimited amount of times.

Ubi have taken the decision to delay the game until the 1st of December. :(

 

That's the Just Cause 3 day. So annoying when 2 games that I'm really looking forward to come out on the same day. But if it makes it a better game overall, I'm sure I can live with it. Just.

 

The beta still starts on 24th September so get the game pre-ordered so you get a code to participate.

Closed beta started today so if you pre-ordered and registered on the Ubi website you should have received your beta code for Xbox/PS.

 

I had a quick go on it earlier and it looks good, player movement feels good, no lag. Early impressions are very good. :nods:
